Meet the Cast of Greenwood Little Theatre's Latest Production!

We're thrilled to share some exciting updates from Greenwood Little Theatre! As we gear up for our upcoming production, "The Last Night of Ballyhoo" by Alfred Uhry, directed by the talented Forrest Hodge, we're excited to introduce you to the incredible cast who will bring this captivating story to life on our stage.

Set in the upper-class German-Jewish community of Atlanta, Georgia, in December 1939, "The Last Night of Ballyhoo" offers a poignant exploration of identity, family dynamics, and societal pressures against the backdrop of historical events. With its richly drawn characters and thought-provoking themes, this play promises to be an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Directed by Forrest Hodge, whose previous successes include acclaimed productions such as "Driving Miss Daisy" and "Crimes of the Heart," this production of "The Last Night of Ballyhoo" promises to be a captivating journey into the heart of the human experience.

Performances will take place at the Davis Elementary School Auditorium on May 31 at 7 pm, June 1 at 2 pm, and June 2 at 2 pm. GLT members enjoy complimentary admission, and individuals who become members for the 24/25 season will also have the opportunity to attend the show for free. Additionally, tickets will be available for purchase at the door one hour before showtime.
